Check Your Student's Immunization Record
All students must have an up-to-date immunization record or a waiver submitted by October 9, 2026.
Please check your student's record in the parent portal by clicking your student's profile, then click on More, then click on Immunizations to see if your student's record is current.
PLEASE NOTE: These grade levels should have recently received the following required vaccines according to the Wisconsin Student Immunization Law or have a waiver on file with the school district:
- 12th-grade students must receive one dose of the MenACWY(meningococcal) vaccine
- 7th-grade students must receive 1 dose of Tdap and 1 dose of the MenACWY(meningococcal) vaccine
- Kindergarten students should have received booster doses of MMR, Varicella, Polio, HepB, and DTaP
If you see that your student's immunization record is 'behind schedule' or 'in process', please email c.jacob@ocfsd.org with the updated record or waiver.

Use the StopFinder app to access your student's bus route information. Please click here for more information on the StopFinder app and finding your child's bus route. Plan to arrive at your bus stop early and please be patient during the first few weeks of school as we often experience some delays.
Primary StopFinder subscribers (parents/guardians who received the initial district email) can share bus schedule access with secondary users. Schedules must be shared individually for each student.
How to Share Access:
Open StopFinder and select a Student Card
Tap the three dots menu (...) icon
Select Share Schedule
Enter the user's email address and tap Share
The invited user will receive an email with instructions to set up their account.
